A person's mentality has a significant influence on that person's behavior and feelings. Our thoughts are a window which opens to life and they affect our stance against events. It has been observed that those who employ positive thoughts in their daily lives deal with stressful moments arousing feelings such as anger, frustration, disappointment and despair more easily and go through less psychological trouble. Then the question is, how can I save myself from thoughts that poison me?
