The way a person thinks has an important influence on the his/her behavior and how he/she emotionally feels about himself/herself. Our thoughts are windows opening to life, and determine our position in relation to the events. It is seen that those, who have positive way of thought in their daily lives, cope with the stressful conditions more easily, that inspire feelings such as anger, rage, disappointment, desperation, and experience psychological problems less often. So, the question to ask is: How can I get rid of those thoughts that poison me?
