Istanbul University Central Library was Opened with Participation of Rector Zülfikar, Mayor Turan and İzmir Deputy Kasapoğlu

Istanbul University Central Library was opened with participation of Rector Prof. Osman Bülent Zülfikar, İzmir Deputy Mehmet Kasapoğlu, and Fatih Mayor M. Ergün Turan. Mayor Turan wished the library would bring good fortune to students and Istanbul.

Istanbul University Central Library was opened with participation of Rector Prof. Osman Bülent Zülfikar, Fatih Mayor Mr. M. Ergün Turan, and İzmir Deputy and Minister of Youth and Sports in the previous term, Mr. Mehmet Kasapoğlu. In the opening ceremony Mayor Turan emphasized 571 years of history of Istanbul University and said: “As one of the most established and elite education institutions of our country, Istanbul University has always made us proud. Central Library, that is a part of this valuable legacy will present students a study environment furnished with modern and rich resources and contribute to their academic journeys. I wish this library will bring good fortune to our students and our city.”
