Our Glorious Victory Commemorated at the Tomb of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror on the 570th Anniversary of the Conquest of İstanbul

On the 570th anniversary of the Conquest of İstanbul, Süleyman Soylu, the Minister of Interior, Ali Erbaş, the President of Religious Affairs, Ali Yerlikaya, the Governor of İstanbul, Coşkun Yılmaz, the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism of İstanbul, and M. Ergün Turan, the Mayor of Fatih Municipality, visited the tomb of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror.

On the 570th anniversary of the conquest of İstanbul, which was entrusted to us by Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, the celebrations of the conquest started with various events. Süleyman Soylu, the Minister of Interior, Ali Erbaş, the President of Religious Affairs, Ali Yerlikaya, the Governor of İstanbul, Coşkun Yılmaz, the Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism of İstanbul, and M. Ergün Turan, the Mayor of Fatih Municipality, came together at the tomb to commemorate Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror and they all prayed for his soul.
