"Risky Building Inspection" Procedure for Our Citizens

The details of the "Risky Building Inspection" procedure, which we have prepared for our citizens who would like to get information about the stiffness of their buildings for precautionary purposes, are as follows:

After applying to one of the licensed institutions coordinated by Fatih Municipality and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change, a risky building detection report will be prepared by the said institution. After analysing the report, Fatih Municipality will determine whether the building is risky within the scope of the law and demolition processes will commence upon obtaining the approval. The process will be finalised with the risk assessment done by the citizens, identification of the risky buildings, issuance of notifications to the property owners, objection to the identification of the risky building, demolition of the risky buildings, demolition period and inspection, demolition decision, post-demolition implementation, obtaining the qualified majority, and sale and implementation procedures, respectively.
