Stray Animals Treatment Center Is Put Into Service

Continuing its activities to improve living and health conditions of stray animals with “Animal Friendly Municipality” understanding, Fatih Municipality brought in Stray Animals Treatment Center to the district.

Fatih District Governor Kaan Peker, Chairman of Fatih Mukhtars Association Murat Haksever, AK Party (Justice and Development Party) Fatih District Chairman Orhan Narin together with numerous animal lovers participated in the opening ceremony of Stray Animals Treatment Center hosted by Fatih Mayor M. Ergün Turan on October 4th, World Animal Day. The Stray Animals Treatment Center will be integrated with Yedikule Animal Shelter that is home to about 1,500 stray animals and will give services with its professional team and equipment.
