Turuncu Koltuk Hosts Its First Guests

Mustafa Varank, Minister of Industry and Technology: It is a great pleasure to see our young people benefiting from all the possibilities of the library at a late hour, and when we chat with them, to listen to their satisfaction with this library, which is open 24/7, has been put into service. Mayor of Fatih has implemented an application that will win the hearts of young people with Fatih Central Library and other libraries in the district. I hope we will come here often and be together with young people and witness their excitement and energy together. I congratulate all my friends who contributed to this service.

Musician Kıraç: I'm speaking as a musician, I have performed concerts in many places until today, no attention is paid to acoustics. However, there is a very conscious design here, which is very important. It's crowded right now, there aren't any vacancies. There are people waiting and there is no noise despite the crowd, they are all studying. If parents see it, their eyes will tear up. They also have cafes, that serve tea, coffee and soup 24/7. It is really amazing and proud. I sincerely congratulate Fatih Municipality and everyone who contributed.

Author Mario Levi: From the moment I stepped in the library, I realized that I was in a very special place. Because suddenly an atmosphere surrounds you. First of all, what I love is that the students are really concentrated in reading and studying. When I saw them, I was very hopeful for the future. I think we will face results that will make us happier when everyone mobilizes. Long live the book and long live reading! I would like to thank all those who contributed and our Mayor. I hope it will continue and it will be permanent. Let's believe in the youth, they are our future.

Student Semanur Ahmetoğlu: I am a senior high school student, preparing for university. The most appealing feature of Fatih Municipality Central Library is that it is within walking distance from the metro exit, has the opportunity to print out, and it is spacious and comfortable. Furthermore, when we get hungry while studying, there is free soup and free tea, coffee and water are also provided. I would like to thank our Mayor M. Ergün Turan for this nice service.

Student Kemal Beydili: I have been coming to Fatih Central Library since the first day it opened. I used to come here to prepare for university. Now, I won the Computer Engineering department and I come to study and do research. It is very good that the library has a table selection feature, the tables are wide, and each table has a separate light and socket. The number of desks with computers is 51, which is a very good number compared to other libraries. There are also refreshments in the cafeteria. I would like to thank everyone who contributed.
