Voluntary Local Review Report of Fatih Gaining Global Significance!

Fatih Municipality's Voluntary Local Evaluation Report took an important place in the IGES report in Japan. Fatih draws attention worldwide with its successful strategies in achieving sustainable development goals.

The Voluntary Local Review Report (VLR) prepared by Fatih Municipality is gaining more and more importance on a global scale. In the "State of Voluntary Local Reviews" report published annually by the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) in Japan, the successful strategies implemented by Fatih were given wide coverage.

We are proud to be one of the six cities featured in this report, which evaluates the performance and innovative approaches of different cities and regions around the world towards achieving the sustainable development goals (SDGs): Agadir, Buenos Aires, Fatih, Rottenburg am Neckar, Tokyo and Vantaa.

Fatih Municipality continues to work towards sustainable development goals without slowing down and goes on to make a name for itself in international platforms with its innovative approaches in this field. The VLR report reveals the determination and achievements of our city on the path of sustainable development.

Fatih's inclusion in such a prestigious report on a global scale is a great success as a result of the joint efforts of both the municipality and the people. This success once again proves Fatih's belief in and determination for sustainable future goals.
