Abdullah KARGILI

Director of Cultural Affairs

Received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Theology. Received his master’s degree from Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences. Also attended Pedagogy certificate program at Istanbul University Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education.

Started his public service career at İDO which is an Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality company. In 2005, he started working at Fatih Municipality and served as Director of Editorial Affairs, Executive Assistant, and Director of Health Affairs. Since 2014, he has been working as Director of Cultural Affairs.

Directorate of Cultural Affairs provides services for children, elderly, young people and all citizens residing in our district to carry social living area to the highest level ensuring they are socialized, fraternized, improve their vocational skills and cultural training, ensure they express their complaints and wishes more comfortably, encourage them to read, provide access to valid, correct and trustworthy information.
