Received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Earth Sciences Department of Geological Engineering.

Has been serving at different departments of Fatih Municipality as director since 1992.

Has been acting as Director of Mukhtar Affairs since September 2018.

Directorate of Mukhtar Affairs

The Directorate performs its activities in line with purposes of the municipality, its principles and policies together with relevant regulations and procedures. The Directorate ensures requests, complaints and wishes sent to our directorate through Mukhtar Information System and ULAK system are resolved by the municipality. Also the Directorate ensures meticulous coordination and follow up of procedures and processes concerning all schools, mosques, family health centers, non-governmental organizations, associations, etc. organizations with units of municipality to finalize these procedures and processes and residents are informed in the shortest possible time.
