Mehmet ÖZÇELİK
He was born in Burdur in 1965. He received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University Department of Civil Engineering in 1988.
Between 1988 and 1993, he acted as field engineer and site manager at various projects.
Between 1993 and 2003, he served as Director of Building Audits and Director of Technical Works at Güngören Municipality, between 2003 and 2014 he served as Director of Transportation Coordination, Director of Road Maintenance and Repair, Head of Road Maintenance and Infrastructure Coordination Department, and Head of Technical Works Department in turn at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
Between 2014 and 2019, he served as Deputy Manager at Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ).
He was assigned as Deputy Mayor of Fatih Municipality after Local Election on March 31st, 2019. Mehmet Özçelik is married with three children.
